    马拉松训练开始

      
        今天已经是2009年7月28日了,离北京马拉松只有不到3个月的
    时间了。我是从2月份开的的减脂训练到目前为止还是很有效的,
    从87kg,减肥到80kg,一个月1kg的速度还是凑合的,但是没有达
    到自己设定的目标77kg,虽然体曾经达到这一指标,可惜没能维持
    住。
       由于马拉松训练时间不足了,所以减脂训练要和长跑训练同时
    进行了,昨天27日,我初试训练,工商大学西区操场,300米的跑
    道,18圈,用时28.74分钟,比想象的要好点。300米一圈最快完成
    时间为1分30秒77,最慢完成时间为1分41秒10.并且18圈平均速度
    为1分35秒。
       初步制定训练计划:8月计划,每周跑4次,周一和周五每天完
    成6km,周二和周四完成3km,一周下来是18km。9月开始每周4次,
    周一三五每次5公里,周日早上跑一个超过10km的距离。10月比赛
    前两周训练量数减少,周一三五每次3km,周日早上完成一次15km

    第三周周一三五每天跑2km,以便周末马拉松赛得到充分发挥。
       计划初步制定,希望自己一如既往的执行!
